Lewis W Parks Associates offers developmental programs for businesses and organizations. While most of our larger engagements are custom designed programs, we do offer "jump start" programs. Our Workshops are offered to our customers on a semi-customized basis; for a single client or group of clients. On occasion, when there is a high market demand, we will offer the Workshops as Open Enrollment sessions. Currently our offerings include:

- From Leader to Leadership®: Developing the Leader Capability within Your Organization (Custom Single Client Only)
This is an on-going leadership development Program intended to develop the high-potential individuals within an organization. It is a custom implementation for a single organization. Please contact us for further information about this Program.
Pricing
The Workshops are generally 2 Days in length; delivered at a single point in time or often over several weeks or months, in ½ to 1 day periods. All of our Workshops include a class or group setting as well as one on one coaching with the Workshop participants. Group sizes, length of program, as well as number of faculty are factors which impact the cost of the programs. Because of the different delivery possibilities, pricing the Workshops is done on a case by case basis. Please call or e-mail us for a price quote.
